I was skeptical on trying this out considering I was gonna be one of the first ones, but I am glad I did! The process was super easy and they were more then helpful and patient with me. The questionnaire was little a long and you must make sure you save after each question or the answer won't go through, but besides that they were fantastic!! They were able to maximize my deductions and answered me within seconds. The process couldn't have gone smoother. They make sure they have all the necessary documents and information before doing anything which makes me feel safe.I hope you guys continue grow I will definitely be using this next year.

Only recommendation is a way to opt-out of certain questions, but if it doesn't apply you just click confirm and move on so it's simple either way.
